Whew! Vinegar? That smells! But Wait, Apple Cider Vinegar? It still has a strong smell… But, this is a staple if you are on a diet or going on a diet. Apple Cider Vinegar is a great way to boost your metabolism and charge your immune system.

Apple Cider Vinegar keeps you slim because it helps you regulate your blood sugar levels. This will decrease fat storage and the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Yay for a healthy heart!
Apple Cider Vinegar helps with weight loss. ACV has lots of enzymes that can detox your body and keeps you full longer and control your appetite.
Apple Cider Vinegar keeps your body balanced. PH balance wise, I mean. Balanced body means better immune function and enegry!
