3 EASY (yes!) Moves to get that tight, toned Butt

Yes, We said EASY! It’s summer and that means its time to hit the beach! Is your bikini/ beach body ready? Here are some easy workout moves that will give you that perfect, toned butt that will make you beach ready!

1. Pistol Squat-

Start with your feet hip-width apart. Grab and chair or a stool and lift you leg onto the stool. Lower you legs down as if you are doing a squat. Hold for 3 seconds then push your right heel and come back up. Reverse and repeat! (10 to 12 squats per leg)

2. Lateral Leg raises-

Start down on all fours. Make sure you hands are directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Keep your core tight and your spine straight! Rotate your left knee toward up the ceiling. Lift your leg as far as you can. Hold for 3 seconds and bring back down. Make sure that your abs are tight! (3 sets of 10 reps each leg)

3. Glute Lifts-

Lie back flat on the mat, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Raise your butt off the floor keeping your glutes as high off the floor as possible. Don’t forget to keep your abs tight. Hold for 3 seconds and lie back down on the floor. Reapeat for 10 to 12 lifts. 3 sets.

Fit Tip: Don’t forget to keep your core tight. This will help you stay steady and balanced and help build your abs. Your core is the basis of your strength!
