Hello my Fitness Beauties and Happy Friday!! Thinking about starting a new fitness routine like morning or night jogs? If so, it must be clarified that though jogging in cool weather is “fresher” it can also be dangerous in that you may get hypothermia or heat loss! If you prefer running in the cool weather as opposed to normal or heated temperatures, remember to wear a beanie, jacket, sweats, AND gloves/ mittens!! Clothing traps heat so do not run in a tank top and mini shorts out in the cold!!
