Wondered whether it is more beneficial to exercise at night or during the day? Well.. according the American Council of Exercising as stated on Livestrong.com by Pam Murphy, there is really no definitive correlation.
It is proclaimed that the best times to exercise are up to your schedule and timely needs. As long as you make the time to exercise on a daily or weekly basis, at the end of the day.. it’s still effective.
However, if exercising at night drives you away from sleep, try working your exercises into your morning schedule, either before work or before any of your daytime activities. Not enough sleep can actually lead to hormonal changes that change your appetite and may be a factor leading to weight gain.
All in all, just make sure to exercise!
