Here are some ways to REV UP your current workout routine by Dimity McDowell so that you dont have to completely change it!
1. Step out of your comfort zone! Incorporate a few seconds of intense movements.
2. Squeeze your glutes during movements
3. Exercise moving foward not bouncing! Research says that bouncing does not really help burn as much as running in horizontal movements.
