Fruits and Veggies for Fitness!

Good Afternoon my Beauties! Happy Fitness Friday to you ALL!!

Boost your health and metabolism with a Wide Array of Color! Eat more Red Apples and Green Vegetables and Orange Oranges and Purple Grapes.. you get my point.. haha

Research shows that those that eat an array of different fruits and vegetables on a daily basis are less likely to be nutritionally deficient.. less likely to be overweight.. and have higher metabolish and greater immune function!

Study also shows that adding peppers to your morning breakfast helps control your cravings throughout the day!

Add beets to your salad before your workout session! It seems that beets help to increase your endurance during exercises, workouts, and trainings so you could burn more calories as a result!
