Many people wonder, “Is Stretching Necessary?” .. Answer is, YES!

If you are doing intense workouts or are going to do long workouts, stretching is a must! Or, if you are playing a sport, stretching is also a must!

Below are some of the benefits of stretching:

1. Stretching increases your range of motion (running, reaching, etc).

2. Releases synovial fluid to the joints for lubrication

3. Brings blood to tissues

4. Increases your endurance

5. Stretches your muscle for better flexibility
