It is the weekend and time to move MOVE!! Let’s get some simple exercises in today!
If you have an upcoming busy busy week, try short 10 minute arm workouts! Easy and simple, you can do it from home or at the park!!
1. Put on some music!
2. Do mini exercises to speed up the heart rate such as jumping jacks to warm up the upper region of your body!
3. Do 20 arm circles and another 20 in reverse!
4. 3 sets of 10-20 standing pushups
