Yay! Hooray!!! Its Friday!! That means time to relieve some stress through fun workouts! Or if you are supermen/ superwoman.. relieve stress through strenuous and intensive workouts!

Just be aware.. if you do not stretch properly and/or hydrate or replenish your lost minerals and nutrients during and after workouts.. you may catch mean muscle cramps during, after, and even LONG AFTER your workouts!

Yes! Muscle cramps can happen at anytime during the day and can last anywhere from hours to minutes and even seconds!!
