Thought it may be Friday, it is NOT the time to get lazy!! Summer is almost here… and soo are Beach days!! Yay!!

As we all know, toned legs don’t happen just overnight.. no no.. in fact, toned legs come from weeks of cardio, exercise, and a well managed diet. Of course diet plays a role in the speed of your fat burning abilities, but the activities and the diet plan that you stick to make the most difference.

What is the most recommended way to tone thighs and calves?? ….SQUATS!!

Squats can be done almost anywhere.. brushing your teeth.. in the shower.. etc.
