Its FINALLLLLLY FRIDAY!! That means… Time for a gooood and long nights rest!
If you plan on submerging into a deep and relaxing REM sleep, do NOT do vigorous activity 3 hrs before you plan to head to bed. Contrary to popular belief, it is completely false that if you exercise before bed you get tired faster and therefore fall asleep faster. FALSE FALSE!
If you exercise, you basically increase your heart rate.. build up adrenaline levels.. etc. And thereby making you more awake and alert than tired and sleepy! :O
