Hello my exercising Beauties!! Happy Fitness Friday to you all!!

Do you have a lot of stress in regards to decision making, planning, or other activities that require mental activity?? If so…. GO OUT FOR A WALK!!

Studies have shown that a contribution of only 20 min a day increases mental flow including: learning ability, reasoning, and other cognitive skills!! Wow!!

Lets get moving Ladies and Gents!! If you can commit 20 min to Television, then you can DEF COMMIT 20 min to a walk at the park!!
