Stop being the victim

Recently, I read a book called the Oz Principle.. part of this book talked about not playing the victim and learning to control the controllable. This has rally left an impact on my life because I am more equipped to notice my own “below the line” behavior and I can identify the ways to change it. If I feel bogged down with work or social activities, I realize it was poor planning on my part….. I may have spent more time doing personal and not work or too much work and not enough play.

Finding the balance is crucial between the two. I am so happy to have read this book as it has given me ideas and knowledge to take with me on this life journey.

If you get a chance read this book. I will talk more about it this week…. as it is a great tool I will continuously use…
